Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at LVM Ceramics.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@lvmceramics.com
No goods will be accepted without a proof of return authorisation number. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items and in the condition that they were recieved. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the items. There is a 10% restocking fee. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you the amount minus a 10% restocking fee.
Should you recieve a damaged item please let us know immediately and send us a photo so we can quickly send you a new one or issue a refund.

All orders placed that contain pre-order merchandise in conjunction with in stock merchandise will ship once the pre-order stock arrives. If you need the in stock merchandise shipped before, please do place separate orders.
